Korean carrier to launch first INTL service

Air Busan, the low cost subsidiary of Asiana, will launch its first International services from March 28 to Osaka (Kansai) and Fukuoka from its Korean base of Busan.

Asiana itself currently operates a daily rotation between Busan and Kansai with narrowbody equipment (A320), with Korean Air also on a daily with widebody kit (A330).

Korean Air operates a 14x weekly to Busan from Fukuoka and Asiana a daily service.

Air Busan will offer a low cost alternative now on both of these city pairs.
