Kingfisher Airlines to Continue Colombo and Dubai Operation

Indian carrier Kingfisher Airlines over the weekend (of 17MAR12) has further revised its international operation, which sees the airline reverse its previous decision to cancel entire international network from 25MAR12.

The airline has re-opened reservation for Chennai - Colombo and Mumbai - Dubai route for travel on/after 25MAR12, according to latest display in the GDS. For Chennai - Colombo service, Airbus A320 operates 6 times a week, while ATR72 operates the remainder service. With A320 operates this route, the airline is increasing overall capacity in this market. On Mumbai - Dubai service, the airline will resume operation with 2-class Airbus A320 operating once a day.

Planned service suspension on Delhi - London Heathrow route remains in effect with last flight operating on 10APR12.
