Jetblue to serve Phoenix from Boston

New York based Jetblue Airways has announced that it will begin non-stop services from its Boston Logan base to Phoenix, Arizona.

From September 2nd the carrier will begin daily A320 service to the US Airways base of Phoenix and will compete directly with the Star Alliance carrier on the 4.36 hour sector. US Airways operates a triple daily service with A319 and A320 equipment.

Jetblue already serves PHX on an 11x weekly basis from JFK.
