Invest & Manage... THE event for Airports and Investors

It is now just a week until the inaugural Invest and Manage Airports event will be taking place at Chelsea Football Club in London, UK. The two-day forum on December 8-9, 2011 has attracted real interest from investors, infrastructure partners and airport operators from all over the world.

There are a number of high profile speakers confirmed for the conference, which will also include a panel discussion highlighting ‘The Importance of Product Fit - Airline Essentials for Airport Management’. This session will highlight what an airline wants from an Airport investor, what a full service carrier looks for in an Airport, how a low-cost carrier evaluates a Greenfield Airport and what a new Airport can do to convince a low-cost carrier to fly there. The panel for this discussion will comprise Vijay Poonoosamy, VP International and Public Affairs, Etihad Airways; Alex Cruz, Chief Executive Officer, Vueling; Senthil Balan, Head of Network Development, AirAsia X and Lee Lipton, Director of Network Planning, Aer Lingus.
