In just under 5 weeks time from 8-9 December the first ever Invest & Manage event will take place in London and the event programme is shaping up to be an interesting mix of pre-scheduled meetings, Opportunity Briefings and much more.
This event is designed for airports to meet on a one to one basis with potential investors and will allow real business to be done between Airports seeking Investment & Management expertise, Investors who are looking for Airport Infrastructure opportunities, and Airport Operators who are aiming to extend their portfolio of managed assets around the world.
To date confirmed briefings include ‘The challenges and needs of a Greenfield airport development.’ Given by Mr Burt Cohen of Gateway International Airport Nigeria and a briefing given by Mr Rajeev Jain, CEO, Mumbai International Airports Limited, (GVK Holdings).
Also taking place during the two day event will be an Investor Masterclass entitled ‘What do potential investors look for and require in the world of aviation asset investment?’ This will cover important issues such as; when is the right time to seek investors? How important are internal and external factors in the timing of gaining investment? What preparation does an airport need to do in the years pre-sale? How does an airport maximize the return from seeking investors? This session will be moderated by Mr Hamish de Run and include panellists Mr Jaime Guillen, CEO, Faros Investment Partners and Mr Richard Tollis
