Gulf Air to Resume Iran and Iraq Operations
Gulf Air has announced that it will be gradually resuming service to Iran and Iraq starting late-September 2012. Planned routes include the following:
- Bahrain – Baghdad eff 21SEP12 5 weekly flights
- Bahrain – Basra eff 29OCT12 3 weekly flights. Service increases to 4 weekly from 01DEC12
- Bahrain – Erbil eff 23SEP12 4 weekly flights. Service increases to daily from 28OCT12
- Bahrain – Isfahan eff 30OCT12 3 weekly flights
- Bahrain – Mashad eff 22SEP12 4 weekly flights. Service increases to daily from 02DEC12
- Bahrain – Najaf eff 20SEP12 4 weekly flights. Service increases to daily from 01DEC12
- Bahrain – Shiraz eff 23SEP12 5 weekly flights. Service increases to daily from 01DEC12
- Bahrain – Tehran eff 25SEP12 6 weekly flights. Service increases to daily from 01DEC12
