Flybe Restarts Manchester-Rennes Service
UK-based regional airline Flybe will restart its seasonal service from Manchester to Rennes, France on Saturday (tomorrow).
There will be two direct flights a week - operating on Tuesday and Saturday until September 25. The airline has flown the route since 2007.
This year, Flybe will connect Rennes with five direct international routes: Edinburgh, Exeter, Birmingham, Manchester and Southampton.
Last year, more than 41 000 passengers travelled on these direct flights, the carrier said - contributing to an increase in the airport's international traffic: 56,000 passengers in 2009.
