Emirates to Operate A380 on Jeddah
Emirates will introduce an A380 four times weekly service on the Dubai to Jeddah route from February 1, 2010.
Jeddah will be the airline's eighth destination to be served by the A380, the others being Sydney, Auckland, Heathrow, Bangkok, Toronto, Seoul and Paris.
The A380 has 517 seats, configured into three classes, with 14 Private Suites in the First Class, 76 fully flat seats in Business Class and 427 seats in the Economy cabin.
The Dubai-Jeddah flight will leave Dubai four days a week on at 1630hrs on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, and arrive in Jeddah at 1830hrs. From Jeddah, EK 804 departs at 2045hrs, arriving in Dubai at 0015hrs.
Emirates has seven A380 aircraft in its fleet, with a further 51 still to be delivered.
