Egyptair to increase London capacity

Star Alliance member Egyptair has announced an increase in capacity from Cairo to London Heathrow effective later this month. The carrier will increase services from eight to ten weekly flights. It competes on the route with British Airways which operates a daily service and BMI also offering a daily service.

IATA BSP data shows that over 357,000 pax flew the sector between April 09-10, with Egyptair having a 32% share of this traffic.
