Continental announces second Dreamliner route

Star Alliance member, Continental Airlines has announced a second route for its B787 dreamliner with the introduction of new non-stop service from its Houston hub, to the capital of Lagos Nigeria.

It will be Continental's only route to Africa, however United Airlines does currently serve Accra from Dulles (Washington).

IATA BSP data shows limited traffic flows between the two markets, however Continental will seek to capture front end traffic from the oil corporates travelling between the city pairs.
