Assiut: flydubai's Third Egyptian Destination
Flydubai has just landed in Assiut- its third destination in Egypt and 16th route overall.
It will operate three times a week and follows the carrier's launch last week of flights to Luxor.
Hamad Obaidalla, flydubai's CCO, said: "Egypt is a very important market for flydubai and Assiut is thriving, with several urban development projects underway, including the Qena road project, construction of over 3000 residential units and a mega energy project. flydubai's service to Assiut will complement this growth by offering direct links to the UAE and beyond."
