American heads to Boise

American Airline regional subsidiary American Eagle will launch its first scheduled non-stop services to Boise, Idaho from 2011. Effective April 5^th 2011, Eagle will begin a twice-daily service from Los Angeles operated with ERJ-140 equipment. The route is currently operated 11 times-weekly by United Airlines and has seen over 131,000 O+D passengers flying between July 2009 and July 2010.
