Alitalia to increase Turin services.
Alitalia has announced that it will commence four new routes from its Turin base to the following city pairs. It will operate a new 4x weekly schedule to Amsterdam from the 16th December. The following day the Italian flag carrier launches a twice weekly service to Berlin's Tegel Airports.
Additionally AZ will operate a new 2x weekly service to Istanbul from Dec 15th and from Dec 19th there will be a new 2x weekly route added to Moscow Shermetyevo.
All of these routes will be operated by A319 aircraft. The new routes mark the first Interntional routes out of Turin to be operated by Alitalia. Traditionally the carrier had only operated domestic routes, primarily feeder traffic into its main FCO hub.
