Air France resumes service to Cambodia from S11 after over 35 years suspension

Starting 28MAR11, AIRFRANCE resumes service to Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, after over 35 years of service suspension. The Skyteam carrier last offered service 3 weekly service (AF 2, UTA 1) to Cambodian capital in 1970s as intermediate stop with Boeing 707, DC8, DC10.

Airbus A340-300 is to operate service 3 times a week on Paris CDG - Bangkok - Phnom Penh routing. Bangkok remains Daily service with 4 weekly flights operating as terminator flight.

From 09MAY11, service to Bangkok and Phnom Penh switches to 3-class Boeing 777-200ER (Business, Premium Economy and Economy)
