Air Canada Boosts Service from Phoenix

Air Canada is to introduce non-stop flights between Phoenix and Montreal during the winter season.

The first flight begins on November 6 and the schedule will run to April 30 next year (Saturdays and Sundays). It will supplement the carrier's existing year-round daily Phoenix-Toronto flights. Air Canada is also adding a daily winter Phoenix-Toronto flight between October 1 and April 30, 2011.

Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon, said: "Canada represents our fastest-growing international market. We welcome Air Canada's decision to invest in additional air service at Phoenix Sky Harbor. Additional non-stop service between Canada and Arizona only strengthens the business and cultural ties between our regions."
