Air Baltic to open three new routes this summer
Latvia's Air Baltic is to start services to new destinations in Finland, Lithuania and Switzerland this summer.
The Riga-based carrier will serve Kaunas in Lithuania, Turku in Finland and Geneva beginning in June and July.
"Turku is our fifth destination in Finland and Kaunas is our third one in Lithuania," says Air Baltic chief commercial officer Tero Taskila.
"These new routes will cater for those Air Baltic passengers who increasingly are using Riga as a transit city."
Air Baltic recently announced it was cutting services to Stockholm, Munich and Milan from the Lithuanian capital, Vilnius.
