Air Arabia Maroc to serve Tripoli

Air Arabia's Moroccan subsidiary, Air Arabia Maroc will launch a new service from its Casablanca base to the Libyan capital of Tripoli. The low-cost operator will operate the route from October 31st and will offer a four-times weekly rotation on the city pair. The route has seen over 71,000 O+D passengers fly the route between July 2009 and July 2010 with with Libyan Airlines having a 56% share and Royal Air Maroc a 37% share.
