Aeroflot to serve Israel

Aeroflot will begin services to Tel Aviv, the Israeli capital from August 1st. The new route will be operated on a 5x weekly basis with narrowbody equipment from its Moscow Sheremetyevo hub.

The new route will compete with Transaero which also operates the sector on a 6x weekly rotation. IATA BSP data shows that over 32,000 passengers have flown the route between April 09-10.
