AdP and Schiphol Group team up
Aéroports de Paris and the Schiphol Group have agreed a major, 12-year alliance and have bought 8% of each other’s stock as part of a wide-ranging global co-operation agreement.
Schiphol Group purchased the stake in Aéroports de Paris from the French government for €530 million, reciprocally the French group paid €370 million for an 8% stake in the Dutch Schiphol Group through its subscription to a reserved capital increase.
The industrial co-operation is supported by cross-representation on Aéroports de Paris and Schiphol Group's respective board of directors and other committees.
