Italian aircraft manufacturer Tecnam has partnered with Rolls-Royce to develop the nine-passenger P-Volt, an all-electric version of the P2012 Traveller regional aircraft. Capua-based Tecnam said the program is supported by letters of intent from unspecified “North American and European airlines.”...
