Air Mauritius will pay dividends of 50 cents per share at the end of April 2014

The Air Mauritius Board of Directors met on March 27, 2014 and has approved the payment of 50 cents per share for the financial year 2013/14 ending the 31st of March 2014.

These dividends will be payable as from the end of April 2014. All transactions on the shares of the company will be done “cum–dividend” until the session of the 11th of April 2014 and thereafter “ex- dividend” as from the 14th of April 2014.

The improvement of the company's financial situation is no doubt a sign of the recovery that has been brought about with the implementation of the 7 step plan, since February 2012. I wish to thank all our colleagues for their efforts which have enabled Air Mauritius overcome its challenges.
