Air Mauritius plans to turn island into hub
Air Mauritius is planning to turn the island into a hub for passenger and cargo traffic between Asia and Africa.
Prime Minister, Sir Anerood Jugnauth, said the carrier has signed an agreement with Singapore Changi Airport to develop an air corridor between the two airports.
Changi Airport has offered Air Mauritius an incentive package including preferential fees charge, and will promote the country and airline.
