AIR CANADA plans to raise US$552.6m in an EETC to finance pool of 16 aircraft delivered in 2001-2019: nine A321-200s; four 777s; and three 787-9s. It is expected to use proceeds to pay down $600m bridge loan facility that closed in April 2020.
