Air Burkina GETs extended reach with APG

Air Burkina - the national airline of Burkina Faso - has signed a Global Extended Territories (GET) contract with APG

The APG Network is a major provider of airline distribution and financial services. With 111 APG network associates and services partners, in 176 countries and has commercial relationships with 180 airlines
The deal with Air Burkina covers 21 countries.
This product allows the carrier to extend its commercial footprint in countries where it has no presence.
The very flexible GET contract creates no constraint to the airlines, and brings incremental revenue on the highest booking classes, without any fixed cost.
Air Burkina offers operating scheduled services to one domestic destination, Bobo-Dioulasso, as well as regional services to Togo, Benin, Mali, Niger, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal and Ghana.
It is majority owned by an AKFED/IPS consortium, and operates from its main base at Ouagadougou Airport.
