AIR BELGIUM is expected to be acquired by joint venture formed by AIR ONE INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS, UK (49%) and PESO AVIATION MANAGEMENT, Netherlands (51%) for reported $844k. It operates two 747-8Fs/two A330-200Fs.
