Air Austral takes delivery of first Dreamliner
Air Austral has taken delivery of its first B787-8, which arrived at Paris Charles De Gaulle.
The aircraft was ferried to St. Denis de la Réunion on Wednesday, and is scheduled to begin revenue operations today with flights to Antananarivo, Mauritius and Dzaoudzi.
The aircraft will begin longhaul operations between Dzaoudzi and Paris CDG.
The second B787-8 is due to be delivered in October.
