AEROCENTURY, CA has sold its membership interest in ACY E-175, which owns three E175s on lease to US regional airline, to an affiliate of DRAKE ASSET MANAGEMENT JERSEY (DAMJ) in deal valued at $26.5m (50% cash/50% assumed debt).
