Air Lib Rescue Plan To Be Discussed Today
Air Lib's management today will present yet another rescue plan to the carrier's board. The new plan will detail ways to avoid bankruptcy, under which France's second-largest aviation group would disappear. Union representatives were briefed on the financial situation of the airline late last week, but details of the meeting did not emerge. In a letter to employees, the company stated that "given the current circumstances, the continued existence of the company can no longer be guaranteed, if draconian measures are not put in place soonest."
