DOT let Irish carrier CityJet display Delta's code on intra-Europe flights it operates for Air France, Delta's SkyTeam alliance partner. Air France owns 100% of CityJet's voting stock, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of Air France. (Dockets OST-02-13472, 00-6939)
