Duties / Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Component Services/Workshop Executive to lead and operate a world-class workshop facility for one of the world's fastest growing airlines. In this role you will hold full P&L responsibility and will lead a team of over 300 trained professionals.

Job purpose

To operate the Workshop facility to the highest international standards in accordance to policies & procedures. To lead and motivate the team. Ensure the facility is able to meet the demands of the base and line maintenance division. Build and implement a strategy for the facility in line with the airline's growth plan.

Qualifications

EASA Qualified, Bachelors (Engineering qualification), MBA preferred

Experience

15-20 years within Aircraft Engineering (MRO, Airline, OEM), Key experience leading a world-class Component Services/ Workshop Facility
