SIA ENGINEERING agreed to acquire 10% of JAMCO's 50% shareholding in JAMCO AERO DESIGN & ENGINEERING (JADE) for US$915,200; it will then be majority stakeholder at 55% with JAMCO holding 40% and JAMCO America 5%.
