Risk reduction for MENA activities

Six countries in the MENA region have been “upgraded” to lower risk levels for 2009 insurance purposes according to aviation insurance specialist Aon.

The six countries are Algeria, Kuwait, Libya, Morocco, Syria and Tunisia. Turkmenistan has also been “upgraded”.

Three countries, Iraq, Iran and Afghanistan are considered high risk.
