Oman Air attracts JOBEX visitors and raise job opportunities

Oman Air's stand at the recent JOBEX Oman 2011 witnessed an overwhelming number of visitors who were exposed to the unique employment opportunities available at Oman Air, the platinum sponsor of the exhibition.

The visitors also got a chance to find out more about the training possibilities offered by Oman Air’s Training and Development Center, which has been recognized as one of the best 10 training centers approved by IATA in the Middle East in 2011.

Sheikh Ahmed Al- Nabhani, chief officer, Support Services at Oman Air, indicated that the National Carrier of Oman is keen to sponsor job fairs that are held in the country, especially JOBEX, which is a premium event. This decision stems from the deep-rooted commitment by the company's management to providing as many career opportunities as possible for qualified Omani candidates, a policy known as Omanisation.

Al-Nabhani added: “We strongly believe that the qualified Omani cadres are our company’s permanent assets and the keystone in the progress of Oman Air.
