NORWAY has blocked the sale of BERGEN ENGINES (gas/diesel engines) to Russia's TMH GROUP by Rolls-Royce ffor €150m (SPNWS; Feb 12); ROLLS-ROYCE says it will be seeking the assistance of the Norwegian Govt to swiftly find another option.
