Medevac helicopters ordered for Qatar government

Qatar Air Force has signed an order for three additional AW 319 helicopters from Agusta Westland

The medium twin helicopters have proved popular with the Qataris who already the type through its air force,. The latest contact includes a comprehensive package of logistics support.

The three helicopters will be configured for emergency medical services duties,

Qatar ordered 18 AW 319 multi-role aircraft just over two tears ago. So far nine have been delivered ith the remaining aircraft due to be delivered by this time next year
