Duties / Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the management of inventory and the maintenance of records within the ERP system. This position will be responsible for monitoring shelf life, coordinating shipments from the supplier to the warehouse, and ensuring that materials are issued correctly. This position will also act as a liaison between the company and shipping agents. Reviewing current procedures and updating them will also be a part of this position.

Job purpose

This role will be responsible for the management of the company's inventory, warehouses, shipping, and receiving. This operation is based in four different locations, so 'multi-site management' will be required.

Qualifications

Degree in a related subject, Fluent in English and Arabic, Computer literate, ERP (TRAX) knowledge is a distinct advantage.

Experience

A minimum of three years experience in a managerial position within an MRO/airline.
