LILIUM, Germany is merging with QELL ACQUISITION and plans to list on NASDAQ to fund development of 7-seat Lilium Jet eVTOL aircraft (projected cruise of 175 mph/range of 155 miles) using its Ducted Electric Vectored Thrust (DEVT) technology.
