VHR on behalf of a Prestigious Middle East Aviation Charter Services organisation, is urgently seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing for an exciting and highly challenging permanent opportunity based in Dubai.
Duties / Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Scrutinizing aspects of sales/revenues work-practices to enhance and improve existing and prospective clientele base.
- Promote the company's Aircraft Chartering Services in as positive as possible Estimates the demand of Aircraft Charter-Service and study the aviation market-trends.
- Develop required mechanism to achieve the company goals of number of chartering hours to be sold per year.
- Establish the Company Service’s Prices to gain maximum profit.
- Develop required mechanism to approach new customers and market/sell Company’s Services to them.
- Achieve the Customers satisfaction by maintaining close communication with their representatives.
- Be the focal point of contact with the Customers and Flight-Operation-Centre to manage Aircraft chartering-plan.
- Execute marketing campaigns, public relations plans & promotions advertisements, as needed.
- Responsible about sales and charter quoting, booking trips, and securing payment.
- Responsible about arranging customer catering and transportation needs.

The position requires the candidates to be fluent in both Arabic and English as well as having GCC based experience with a successful track record in Charter Sales in the region.
