Duties / Responsibilities
-Implementing the airlines In-Flight Entertainment strategy leading and directing stakeholders.
-Produce monthly detailed reports and analysis of the system usage
-Liaise directly with content distributors, hardware suppliers, advertisers, and the content service provider to ensure the ultimate product meets the expectations of customers and senior management.
-Liaise withy with internal and external stakeholders including team members, cabin crew, suppliers, finance team, and senior management
Job purpose
This will be an office based role, and will suit an individual who has previous experience implementing and overseeing IFE Systems.
Proposed duration
This is a full time permanent position based in the Middle East, relocation would be required.
Qualifications
Experience
Experience working with an IFE supplier would be advantageous.
Required Skills
· Hold a degree - ideally within business
· Strong Microsoft Office skill
· Strong background in a similar position
· Strong communication
· Strong customer service
