Experience
To lead and manage the team that will deliver a continued improvement in the performance of the FFP with a focus on the growth in membership numbers, points earned and redemption rates and the development of a re-launch of the existing programme.
Manage the team as a business unit with full P&L responsibility
Oversee and manage the existing relationship with a service providing company Design new features and develop the existing programme into a 2nd phase
Develop partnerships with other loyalty programmes and companies in both local base and abroad
Coordinate all communication to members (both online and print)
Be the primary point of contact for top members
Establish an accounting scheme (earn & redemption) and a fair value of the mile
Extensive experience in managing (part of) an airline's frequent flyer programme, a travel related loyalty programme or a credit card/ financial service loyalty card
