Established in January 2013, Women Achieve focuses on seven key ideals that companies undertake to guide them towards developing a work environment that is conducive for the professional growth of women. The ideals include encouraging women to grow through training, shadowing, coaching, mentorship and internship programs, to consider female candidates for new opportunities and support ‘rising stars’ into leadership positions.
