Duties / Responsibilities

This position is charged with leading and implementing the introduction of a cost effective maintenance schedule in line with both company and regulatory requirements. This position will also contribute towards the implementation of maintenance strategies and budgets as part of the senior management team of the company. This position will also negotiate and establish cost-effective contracts fro third party suppliers.

Job purpose

To oversee the maintenance department of the company, as well as contributing to the strategic direction of the company as part of the senior management team

Qualifications

A+P License, Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical),

Experience

Minimum of ten years experience in maintenance functions within the aviation industry, with 5 years experience in a managerial position
