Duties / Responsibilities

This position will act as a senior member of the management team to develop cost effective strategies for the overall technical budget/plan of the company. It will also work closely with manufacturers to monitor aircraft throughout the production and fit-out phases. Finally, this position will be responsible for leading and motivating the entire Engineering and Research team for the company.

Job purpose

This position will monitor build quality and make sure that maintenance programs are are implemented so that there is a high level of aircraft availablility, and high level of safety, at a low risk and low cost.

10 years industry experience, 3 years at a managerial/director level
