Duties / Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
• Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
• Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass revenue sale targets, profitability, cash flow, business goals and objectives
• Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external and the provision of timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company
• Assist, as required, in raising additional capital that will enable the Company to meet growth and market share objectives.
Job purpose
Responsible for managing all aspects of the organization, with the main focus of this role will be in the day to day leadership and management of the operational areas e.g Maintenance, Flight Operations and the Ground Operations department.

Qualifications
Experience
• Airline related qualifications in three different areas, one of which must be an operational area of the airline.
• Candidate should have at least 7 years Senior Management level and above experience in commercial airline finance
• A degree in any discipline is an advantage but not essential
• 10 years experience in aviation preferably with an International airline
