Duties / Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying, prospecting, evaluating and securing business opportunities to support new and additional revenue generation at the corporate level. Will lead the business development team in finding and realising new business opportunities and setting company growth strategy. Review potential M&A targets, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, thereby reducing costs and increasing revenue.

Qualifications
University Degree
Experience
Minimum of 10 years' experience in ground handling and/or aviation industry. Should have strong commercial background with excellent financial analysis, and communication and negotiation skills.
Skills / Expertise
The BD Director should have full understanding of the market and strong network of contacts within the industry.
