Duties / Responsibilities
Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
•Manage all aspects of the technical supply chain and contract administration associated with the purchasing and procurement of aircraft spare parts, tooling, equipment and services in a timely and accurate manner to ensure maximum aircraft availability.
• Establish and maintain detailed working knowledge of all business systems, policies and procedures, including the regulatory requirements appropriate to the Airline technical supply chain and contracts administration function
• Ensuring accurate records are kept for all purchasing and logistics activities and inventories in compliance with all industry and regulatory authority requirements.
• Providing data to support reliability tracking
• Providing material planning capability to the technical supply chain and parts tracking expertise
• Develop and maintain staff work-schedules to ensure adequate material support for the technical support functions
