Fokker Techniek of the Netherlands will carry out the world’s first VIP completion of an Airbus ACJ319neo after its selection by long-term customer German charter operator K5 Aviation. Completion starts in May 2019, with delivery scheduled for the beginning of 2020.

“This will be the first Airbus ACJ319neo to be completed in the world,” says Fokker Techniek Managing Director Jeff Armitage.

“Awarding Fokker Techniek for this prestigious project was a logical continuation of the existing relationship both companies have from previous projects,” says Luca Madone of K5 Aviation. “We believe Fokker will deliver again on time. It will have a modern interior with a focus on saving weight, and will include the latest interior technologies.”

K5 Aviation operates three Airbus ACJ319 and two Bombardier Global Express aircraft worldwide with one more ACJ319neo and one Global 7000 on order for delivery in 2019.
