The 30-day cooling-off period between FedEx and the Air Line Pilots Association will expire at 12:01 a.m. EST, Nov. 25. ALPA rejected arbitration Tuesday after the company did not accept conditions the union wanted to place on entering into arbitration (DAILY, Oct. 25).
