The airline plans to serve three US destinations from March.

France’s flag-carrier is opening a second route to the UK capital this summer and has received the green light to begin codesharing with Italy’s ITA on transatlantic routes to the US.

The ULCC will launch three routes from both Austin, Texas, and Nashville, Tennessee.

A second route to Washington Dulles and the launch of flights to Montreal are on the agenda.

The move comes less than six weeks after Airlink signed a codeshare agreement with Emirates.
