The Southern African nations of Botswana and Namibia plan to establish a joint national airline, according to Botswana’s government.

An interline agreement with Airlink will allow travelers from Dubai to Cape Town and Johannesburg to go onwards to 45 destinations across the Southern Africa.

Routes to Johannesburg in South Africa account for the majority of passenger traffic to and from Botswana.
